At Kolbi we understand that once you have made the decision to get a new piece of furniture you want it as quickly as possible. As you would know creating anything with an element of customisation means there is a bit of time required to do so. Our lead time on all products is between 14-16 weeks to ensure we are creating the right product for you.

Some of our pieces are solid and heavy, they do require additional freight charges. We ship all over Australia, however there must be careful consideration around shipping to remote/rural locations.

We require two business days notice if a standard or premium delivery is to be rescheduled/cancelled. If you miss your delivery, additional fees will be incured for the additional logistics.

To ensure a seemless delivery, please:

  • Advise the delivery access options around your premises, 
  • Doorways , Elevators and Hallways must be noted to ensure the product can physically reach your premises.
  • Account for the weights of each furniture piece. Ensure there is sufficient manpower available to receive the goods.

 We have two types of delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery straight to your door. The products are dropped off boxed to an accessible and safe location at your premises.
  • White Glove Delivery: Our teams can deliver to Metro Areas in QLD, NSW & VIC. We deliver your pieces to the location required, unboxing and completing any minor assembly required and removing all rubbish. Additional delivery charges will be apply.
